Original or Dirty Hot Chicken Wings

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, placing non-stick (dull) side facing up towards food and shiny side next to pan; set aside.
  •  Arrange wings in even layer on foil-lined pan add  ½ tsp salt and pepper.
  • Bake 15 minutes. Turn wings; add more salt and pepper and bake for another 15 min. 
  • Take 1 pouch of Fire Belly’s “Dirty Hot” sauce add 1/4 cup of melted butter and 2 tbsp. of flour and mix. For a gluten free version or dairy free disregard the flour and butter. Wings are good just with our sauce, however you can also use, almond flour and coconut oil if you like.
  • Brush Fire Belly mixture onto wings and bake 5 to 10 min, turning once and brushing the other side. use the remaining sauce to dip or buy some blue cheese dressing to dip your wings in.
